Since the first year he started as a Realtor, he has shown to be a leader in the business becoming the Rookie of the Year for Century 21 for Region 5 (Los Angeles County, San Bernardino, Riverside and Areas of Orange County) selling more properties than any other new agent that entered the Century 21 System and Also became the Rookie of the year who represented more buyers and sellers.
Walter is a the top Listing Specialist and his team is the #1 team of our 18 Century 21 Excellence offices and has received a CENTURION AWARD (highest C21 award) in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005.
As a Top Listing broker he has listed and sold properties from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Probate, Trust, and Bankruptcy court.
Because of Walter’s unique Marketing abilities, he has been distinguished amount the Top Listing Agents with the century 21 System. He’s currently training new and experience agents on how to market properties successfully and obtain top dollars for their sellers.
Shirley is a buyer specialist and being license for over 4 years and her primary functions is to find the best homes on the market for our clients.
Sindy is our transaction coordinator, she makes sure all of our files are in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
Claudia is our Listing Coordinator ensuring every aspect of listing has been fulfilled and communicates constantly with other agents, lenders, escrow companies, title companies, and more importantly updates our sellers and buyers.
